Hello there all you wonderful people!
Thank you for your never ending support by sending me e-mails and being active on my website!
Right now I´m home in Gothenburg, Sweden, focusing on writing new songs. At least I´m trying to....;-)
I´m in a very early stage in this creative process and I have no clue about when it will be ready, what it will sound like and in what way I want to release it. But I have my vision and my goals about how I want to do it.... What I do know though, is that you all will be a big part of it when time comes. All of you that hang in there and have the patience to keep in touch even if there is not a lot going on in my career or on my website. You will be the first ones to hear snippets of the songs. You will probably also be a part of choosing the singles etc. I just hope that you will still be with me when that day comes, your encouragement and dedication is what keeps me going. I told somebody that if it would be impossible to release the next album for some reason I would still put the songs on my website so that you could download them for free.
I´m really excited and I´m looking forward to the day when I have something to show you!

I´m still doing gigs now and then and try to combine it with the songwriting procedure. Last week I was in Alanya,Turkey to do 2 gigs the same day. It was a little special arrangement with one gig in Fritidsresors resort "Blue Village, Pascha Bay" and one at "Bellmans" in the center of Alanya. It was raining this day (the first day since May...) and Bellmans was an outdoor gig. The performance at Blue Village was great with mostly Scandinavian families in the audience. (Thanks everybody for your support!!) The performance in Bellmans however, never took place. We were supposed to leave directly after the first gig at around 23.00
but the manager of Bellman told us that they had problems with their music equipment and that we had to cancel the gig. He said something about that the rain had caused them problems and to be honest, we had problems already at soundcheck..... I don´t really know what happened but there was not so much for us to do. I hate to cancel gigs and I usually always find a solution for every situation. Not this time though. Without the technical equipment it´s impossible to do it. I hope they will solve this for the next time they will have live acts there, cause in the end people blame the artist for a cancelled gig. They also should have announced it in the speakers so people knew it was cancelled. I heard that people got their money back though and that´s good.
I saw on the message board that "Misen" and "Sophia" among others were waiting for me to show up at Bellmans and I´m sooooooooo sorry about that!! I would love to make it up to you if I can. Anyone of you who was there feel free to send me an e-mail to iambosson@hotmail.com and of course I will get you in for free next time I have a show somewhere!!

About the website, I have a question. Somebody suggested that we should put up a picture of each and everyone of you with your name under a new category on the website. What do you think about that? Maybe it could be good to know a little bit about who you are communicating with? Of course, as always on this site we don´t care if we´re young, old, big, small, dark, blond, boy, girl etc. It´s all about who we are as persons and how we are towards eachother. But it could be nice to have a face to the name. Some of you have already met or seen photos of eachother and you are not so many active right now so I think we can start slow. If you want to, just send me a picture that you like to iambosson@hotmail.com and I will forward it to the Webmaster. Don´t feel forced to do this if you don´t want to. It´s all up to you! You know we all love you just as much anyway.!!:-)

Thanx again for the sweet "get together" that Millis and Nettie organized!! You did an amazing job and you really showed that you care about your friends! It was very cool that you all showed up! Hope we will be able to do it all again when it´s time for the release of the new album....

I relly enjoy this time of year when it gets colder and darker. It´s kind of easier to stay inside being creative then to be forced to go out to try to catch the sun the limited amount of times it shows up during the summer.
I hope you´re all well, that you take care of eachother that you stay in touch and that I will see you soon!
Until then I will check you out now and then on the site..... :-)
